Coming from the A12 Inntal motorway, take Exit 123 - Ötztal/Ötztaler Gletscher and continue on the B186 towards Obergurgl. Arriving at the town centre of Obergurgl, turn right before the church and then drive for around a further 300 metres, past the car park, until you see the abitare chalets on your left.

Check-in and check-out and payment of the local tax take place at the reception of the Hotel Bergwelt (Hotel Bergwelt 4*S, Kressbrunnenweg 9, A-6456 Obergurgl). On arrival you will receive all information about your stay as well as your keys/keycards.
Important notes:
- Please let us know in advance when you plan to arrive. If your arrival or departure time is different, please contact our reception team.
- If your arrival is after 6 pm, please inform us in advance. In this case, you will receive a personal code for the keybox. The keybox is located directly on the house wall of our abitare chalets, Seenplattenweg 31, 6456 Obergurgl.

abitare chalets
The abitare chalets in Obergurgl in the heart of the Ötztal Alps include spaciously designed apartments for between two and ten persons, the luxury apartment “The Chalet” with a private sauna and infrared cabin and the “Monte Rosa” apartment with terrace and garden. The abitare chalets are open for you both in winter and in summer.
