The competition is organized by Hotel Bergwelt GmbH, Kressbrunnenweg 9, A-6456 Obergurgl. By participating, you agree to the following conditions of participation:

Participation
Participation in the competition, which was published on the art.relax.hotelbergwelt Instagram page, is free of charge. All persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation and have their main residence and center of life in Europe are eligible to participate. Participation in the competition may only be in one's own name and all personal details must be true. Participation in the competition is possible by fulfilling the conditions and requirements of the post published on the Instagram meta platform within the specified period. Employees of Hotel Bergwelt, legal successors, authorized representatives and agents of the organizer as well as all companies, advertising agencies and their employees and shareholders involved in the organization and implementation of the competition, including their family and household members, are excluded.

Realization
The competition is in no way connected to Meta and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Meta. The prize will be determined within 14 days of the closing date by Hotel Bergwelt and a supervised random draw will be held among all participants who meet the entry requirements. The winners will be informed by message via the Instagram meta platform and asked to send an email to an email address specified there, in which the personal data is duly and truthfully transmitted in full. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. This data will be used to hand over or send the prize.

If no e-mail is received within the specified period after notification of the winners, or if a winner cannot be notified due to incomplete or incorrect contact details, the claim to the prize shall lapse. No liability is accepted for the occurrence of technical problems with e-mail traffic or during the registration process for the prize draw. The organizer Hotel Bergwelt GmbH expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons or to exclude participants from the competition. 

Competition prize
The prize is 5 nights for up to 4 people in an apartment at abitare chalets. The prize can only be redeemed during September 1 and 30, 2026, subject to availability and after consultation with the Hotel Bergwelt. There will be no cash payment of the prize and the limit of 21,600.00 euros total value of the prizes played will not be exceeded. The prize is valid until the specified date and will be sent in the notified form. The prize is non-transferable. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning. Any applicable taxes (local tax) and any additional services shall be borne by the winner.

Data privacy
The processing and use of the personal data collected in the course of participation in the competition by the competition organizer, Hotel Bergwelt GmbH, is limited exclusively to the processing of the competition (e.g. determining the winner, notifying the winner, sending the prize). Participation in the competition is not possible without providing the required data. Photos of the presentation of the prizes as well as the redemption of the prize and the associated naming of the participating persons may be published online (social media, websites, etc.) by Hotel Bergwelt GmbH or third parties in connection with the competition. Each person entitled to participate agrees to the publication of their name and photo in the course of the prize processing when disclosing their contact details.

Legal regulations
Austrian law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes in connection with this competition is Obergurgl. No liability is assumed for technical problems during participation. Questions or complaints regarding the competition should be sent to Hotel Bergwelt GmbH by e-mail to office@hotelbergwelt.com. Legal recourse is excluded.
